Program / Project Manager - RISE with SAP Migration (Lift and Shift) Lead the end-to-end lift-and-shift migration of a multi-system SAP landscape to RISE with SAP, maintaining current release levels throughout (non-RISE to RISE). The role carries full accountability for governance, planning, SAP ECS co-ordination, customer stakeholder management, and controlled go-live across two migration groups totalling eight SAP systems. The customer is a global pharma. Reporting to: Overall Delivery Director - Andrea Mason Location / working model: Remote Start date / duration: July 2026, DURATION 19 MTHS Systems in scope S/4HANA 2023 SAP EWM on S/4HANA 2023 SAP GTS on S/4HANA 2023 SAP MDG on S/4HANA 2023 SAP Content Server SAP GRC 12.0 SAP MDG on S/4HANA SAP GBT 3.0 SAP Solution Manager Key Responsibilities Governance and planning - Establish and chair programme governance: steerco, design authority, operational readiness board, and change control - Own the integrated programme plan across both groups, mapping cross-system and portfolio dependencies - Maintain RAID log and lead risk/issue resolution; enforce readiness gate sign-off at each critical phase - Define and agree RACI across customer, SAP ECS, and any SI/AMS partners SAP ECS management alongside CDM and TSM - Act as primary programme-level interface to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for provisioning, onboarding, networking, monitoring, backup/DR, patching, SLA/OLA alignment, and emergency procedures - Drive clarity on responsibility boundaries between RISE/ECS-managed services and customer/partner-retained activities - Align ECS delivery timelines to programme gates and cutover windows Customer stakeholder management - Manage IT leadership, business owners and compliance/audit stakeholders - Deliver concise, regular executive reporting on progress, risk posture, and readiness status - Manage messaging and outage communications; resolve escalations promptly Technical migration co-ordination working alongside the SAP Technical Architect Testing and cutover support -Own the cutover runbook, downtime plan, rollback criteria, and go-live decision gate Required Experience - Complex SAP landscape migrations delivered end-to-end in SAP private cloud - Demonstrable RISE with SAP or SAP ECS engagement experience; ability to navigate SAP internal teams and escalation paths - Proven delivery of multi-system, phased lift-and-shift programmes with controlled cutover windows and formal ops handover - Strong multi-party programme/project governance: steerco management, RACI enforcement, change control, and audit evidence production - Working within pharma which is a controlled environment i.e. GxP compliant would be beneficial but not a must. Skills and Competencies - Executive-level stakeholder communication and conflict resolution - Governance design and enforcement: RACI, quality gates, risk management, audit evidence - Critical path planning and dependency management across concurrent workstreams - Commercial awareness: RISE scope boundaries, change request management, SLA/OLA negotiation - Ability to challenge and synthesise inputs from ECS, BASIS, network, security, and integration specialists

Contracting in SAP Fieldglass : The Work Order as issued by SAP is an offer by SAP. It shall become effective on the Work Order Start Date provided that the Supplier accepts the Work Order on or prior to the Work Order Start Date. By accepting the Work Order, the Supplier (1) certifies that it has read and fully understood all the terms and conditions of the Work Order and the referenced documents, and (2) represents that the person who accepts the Work Order through SAP Fieldglass is duly authorized to accept the Work Order and bind the Supplier to its terms and conditions. No Attachments shall amend the terms of the Work Order as issued by SAP and the Procurement Framework Agreement (PFA) / Master Services Agreement (MSA) as signed by the parties. Any terms in the Attachments that are inconsistent with or contrary to the Work Order and the PFA / MSA shall be void and have no legal effect.The written-form requirement for a Statement of Work (SOW) and amendments thereto can be met by an electronically transmitted signature (e-mail transmission with scanned signatures, or other agreed form of electronic contract conclusion provided by or on behalf of SAP, such as the SAP Signature Management by DocusignTM procedure). Orders issued by SAP shall serve as an SOW if (1) no statement of work has been mutually executed and (2) Supplier accepts the Order. Supplier will be deemed to have accepted the Order through its authorized representative by (i) using respective workflow e-approvals (if available, e.g. name/time stamp within SAP Fieldglass) and/or (ii) starting to provide the Purchases contained in the Order, including invoicing SAP against any such Order.
