What Youll Do:

• Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins scheduling with our maintenance team and vendors to meet company apartment turn guidelines
• Greet prospective residents providing tours of available units and amenities
• Respond to inquiries via phone email and in person
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws

• Sales and customer service background; experience in property management preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred or willingness to learn
• A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed
