Job Description
We’re currently seeking a sharp, dependable Assistant Property Manager for a 112-unit multi-family property. This isn't just a desk job as you’ll be the "face of the office" and the person the residents look to when they need a problem solved. We’re specifically looking for someone who knows their way around Yardi like the back of their hand and can handle the full leasing lifecycle (from the first application to the final move-out accounting). If you’re someone who loves the fast pace of tenant relations but also finds a sense of satisfaction in a perfectly balanced resident ledger, we’d love to chat with you about this role. A minimum of 3 years of property management experience is required for this role. Apply today or contact me directly at reona.hirai@randstadusa.com with your resume!

- Delinquency & Collections Tracking: Monitor the "Aged Receivables" report; send out late notices and follow up directly with residents to collect outstanding balances and minimize bad debt.
- Resident Liaison & Service Support: Serve as the first point of contact for resident issues, managing the intake of maintenance work orders and following up to ensure repairs are completed to the tenant's satisfaction.
- Renewal Administration: Lead the lease renewal process by tracking upcoming expirations, preparing renewal offers, and following up with residents to maintain high occupancy levels.
