JOB OVERVIEW:
A bartender is responsible for curating and executing an exceptional dining experience that reflects the ACH standards. This role requires knowledge of our signature classic and modern cocktails, advanced spirits and wine knowledge, impeccable service, and a polished, composed demeanor. Bartenders are expected to maintain an organized bar while consistently delivering memorable guest experiences in line with the ACH's philosophy. A bartender must uphold the standards of excellence that define JKS, professional etiquette and compliance with all health, safety and labor regulations. Weekend availability is required.
