The Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hospitality-driven bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy dining room, values thoughtful, attentive service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards and guest preferences
• Engage with guests, take orders, and provide thoughtful recommendations on cocktails, wine, and food pairings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar at all times
• Accurately process payments and manage transactions; experience with TOAST is a plus
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to support smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, prepping garnishes and syrups, and batching cocktails

Who You Are

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a solid foundation of wine
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
