Job Description

Start date: Aug, 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Carefully design teaching procedures according to the teaching content, students' actual situation and students' understanding laws;

2. Patiently study the teaching methods, course content, and teaching process, study the direction of the examination and the knowledge points of the examination according to the IGCSE and Alevel syllabus, and hold regular evaluations.

3. Plan learning plans according to students' different foundations and needs;

4. Keep abreast of students' grades and psychological changes, adjust and optimize teaching methods in a timely manner, and do a good job in extracurricular tutoring;

5. Organize quizzes appropriately during the teaching period to test the effectiveness of students' tutoring and make teaching quality analysis.

6. Participate in the teaching and research exchanges of this discipline, research and select advanced teaching methods;

7. Obey the arrangement of the academic principal and complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. English is a native speaker or can be used as a working language

2. Bachelor's degree or above in the relevant major of the course taught;

3. Have professionalism and professional ethics, cheerful personality, strong appeal and affinity, quick and clear thinking, and do things seriously and carefully;

4. Be willing to accept challenges and be able to withstand work pressure; optimistic, open-minded, and have a strong sense of teamwork;

5. Those who love education and aspire to become teachers;

6. Those who can undertake the corresponding courses of A-level teaching in English;

7. Returnees and front-line teachers with work experience or British A-LEVEL teacher qualification certificates are preferred.

8. Good image, profound Chinese and Western cultural accomplishments, and proficient in Chinese and English languages;

9. Good at interpersonal communication and like to deal with people.

10. Have an internationally recognized teacher qualification certificate
