Hai Hai – Hiring Experienced Chef/Line Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Hai Hai is looking for skilled chefs with 5+ years of kitchen experience to join our BOH team. We’re a Minneapolis restaurant inspired by the vibrant street food, tropical ingredients, and lush atmosphere of Southeast Asia—where service moves fast, standards are high, and the work feels alive.
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for someone who knows their way around a busy line, takes pride in execution, and wants to be part of a tight, supportive team.
What You Bring

• 5+ years professional kitchen experience
• Strong command of line cooking in high-volume service
• Consistency, speed, and attention to detail under pressure

• Execute dishes with precision, speed, and consistency
• Keep service flowing across multiple stations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work standards
• Communicate and collaborate with a strong BOH team
