Summary As a McDonald's Crew Member, you're the heartbeat of the restaurant - the smiling face at the counter, the speedy hands behind the grill, and the calm hero who keeps the drive-thru moving. You help create the warm, familiar McDonald's experience people love.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving Up Good Vibes - Greet guests like they're old friends, take orders with confidence, and keep the energy upbeat.

• Crafting the Classics - Build burgers, fries, and fan favorites with care, speed, and a little bit of pride.

• Mastering the Drive-Thru - Keep the line moving like a well-oiled machine while staying friendly and accurate.

• Keeping It Fresh - Wipe, sweep, sanitize, repeat. A clean restaurant makes everyone's day better.

• Team Tag-Teaming - Jump in wherever you're needed and help your crew keep things running smoothly.

• Staying Safe & Smart - Follow food safety rules and workplace guidelines like a pro.

• Stocking the Essentials - Refill sauces, cups, napkins, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps the place humming.
