We are currently hiring motivated and personable Customer Service & Fundraising Representatives to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work directly with well-known nonprofit organizations , while developing strong skills in communication, customer service, and community engagement within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Over the past two years, we have successfully expanded into new markets and continue to grow due to strong campaign performance and increasing client demand. As we scale, we are strengthening our local team to support ongoing initiatives and prepare for additional nonprofit partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with community members to promote nonprofit fundraising campaigns and initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service by educating the public about each organization’s mission
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters
• Assist with event-based fundraising and outreach activities
• Accurately track donor interactions, contributions, and engagement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets
