$100,000 - $130,000 Base
This opportunity is for the top of the ladder .
We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker with 10+ years of high-level experience who operates at an expert level in customs compliance, audit strategy, and regulatory leadership.

NON-NEGOTIABLE:
* Active U.S. Customs Broker License
* 10+ years progressive customs brokerage experience
* Advanced HTS classification expertise
* Strong CBP audit experience (Focused Assessments, CF28/29 responses, prior disclosures)
* Deep knowledge of PGA compliance, ADD/CVD, valuation, FTZ, drawback
* Direct interface experience with CBP
WHAT SETS YOU APART:

* You build compliance frameworks - not just process entries
* You've led teams or elevated brokerage operations
* You understand risk mitigation at a strategic level
* Sales or business development experience strongly preferred
* You bring commercial awareness along with regulatory mastery
