Responsibilities
- Position Overview: Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives, including complex calendar management and domestic/international travel coordination.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit sensitive documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate board meetings, high-level corporate events, and executive luncheons in the Las Olas area.
- Manage expense reporting and track departmental budgets.
- Handle confidential business and personal matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
