At Barsan Global Logistics, we are a globally recognized logistics provider operating in over 65 countries. We specialize in integrated supply chain solutions including ocean, air, and ground transportation, customs brokerage, and warehousing services. As we continue to grow in the U.S. market, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced FCL/LCL Export Specialist to join our team.

Position Summary:

The FCL/LCL Export Specialist will be responsible for managing full container load ( FCL ) and less than container load (LCL) export shipments from the U.S. to global destinations, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute FCL export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, truckers, terminals, and overseas offices.
• Manage documentation including B/Ls, AES filings, and export compliance.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cut-offs, and transit times.
• Provide timely updates to customers and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure accurate billing, cost control, and profitability per shipment.
• Maintain strong relationships with steamship lines and partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ocean export (FCL preferred).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations and documentation (AES, EEI, etc.).
• Experience working with carriers like Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, COSCO, etc.
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with direct services and transshipment planning.
• Knowledge of drayage coordination and inland logistics.
• Multilingual skills (Turkish is a plus).
