About the Role

Step onto the production floor and take ownership of turning raw glass into precision components. Your day centers on producing a quality product every time while keeping safety at the forefront. You’ll follow documented procedures and job specifications, then actively look for smarter ways to work—boosting yields, reducing scrap, cutting cycle times, and lowering overall costs. You set the tone by modeling safety, quality, performance, and attendance standards for the team.

What You'll Do

• Continuously monitor production processes and dig into the root causes of defects.
• Review procedures and make data-informed adjustments to enhance operations.
• Train and mentor new production associates on manufacturing methods and standards.
• Work cooperatively with teammates and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve quality issues.
• Generate and maintain all required production and quality records.
• Earn and maintain operator certification across all jobs you perform.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in team-based problem solving.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently when needed.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by your Supervisor or Team Lead.

Schedule & Expectations

• Demonstrate regular attendance—arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and complete each shift.
• Be available to work overtime as required.
• Be able to work afternoon or night shift.
