Job Description

:

We're looking for a driven and organized HR professional to join our team in a temporary role through May. In this position, you'll play a key role in onboarding, HR compliance, employee support, and more. If you have a strong understanding of HR policies and employment law, this is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partners with HR Manager and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding, and generate background checks
  • Work with Managers in scheduling new hires training schedule to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Administration of Biesse Group HRIS Portal of all employee data and reports
  • Draft new hire employment agreements
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, as assigned
  • Facilitate HR records Retention Policy Process, both electronically and in hardcopy
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of US, State Laws, Federal Laws, and regulations in the areas of wage and hour laws, employment law, and benefits required.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and oversight.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus!

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
