Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise Atlassian platform administration and large-scale data migrations.
Proficiency in Jira Cloud and Data Center migrations including technical consolidation and project mergers.
Experience with migrating data from Azure DevOps (ADO), Shortcut, and disparate Jira environments.
Experience in Jira Automation and ScriptRunner for constructing sophisticated workflows and transitions.
Experience with REST APIs for system integration and JQL for advanced reporting and filtering.
Experience with Confluence and Jira Service Management (JSM) within a standardized enterprise framework.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for facilitating training and platform adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Orchestrate the technical migration of Azure DevOps, Shortcut, and multiple Jira instances into a single tenant.
Design and implement complex Jira workflows, custom fields, and automated logic using ScriptRunner.
Administer enterprise-level security schemes, permission sets, and global notification configurations.
Develop advanced JQL filters and interactive dashboards to support Agile and Kanban delivery metrics.
Integrate the Atlassian stack with CI/CD toolchains and external enterprise applications via REST APIs.
Enforce platform governance standards for naming conventions, project templates, and lifecycle management.
Author comprehensive migration runbooks, technical procedures, and end-user training documentation.
