Junior Data Analyst

Compensation: $48,000–$55,000/year
We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team and build foundational skills in reporting, data cleaning, and business analysis under the guidance of experienced analysts.
● Pull and organize data from spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools
● Support the creation of routine reports and simple dashboards
● Perform basic data cleaning and quality checks
● Assist senior analysts with larger analytical projects
● Document steps taken to produce reports for repeatability
● Flag data inconsistencies to the appropriate team
● Attend team meetings to understand business context behind requests
● Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent coursework/experience
● Basic Excel skills required; SQL exposure a plus
● Strong willingness to learn new tools and processes
● Careful, detail-oriented approach to work
● Good communication skills
● Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback
