Homeroom Teacher – Kindergarten
Location: Nancheng, Dongguan
Salary: RMB 16,000‑18,000 / month (pre‑tax)
Working Hours
Morning: 7:50 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, energetic and responsible Homeroom Teacher to join our kindergarten faculty. You will co‑lead one class together with three other teachers, foster a positive learning atmosphere, and deliver daily care and early‑childhood education for young children.
Responsibilities
Deliver instruction and oversee daily homeroom routines and class activities.
Collaborate with three fellow teachers to guarantee well‑organized class operation.
Attend school‑wide events, staff meetings and related activities as required.
Rotate on lunch‑break / nap‑time supervision duty (once per week).
Prepare stimulating age‑appropriate lessons and keep a warm, vibrant classroom atmosphere.
Work alongside colleagues to support children’s learning and holistic development.
Requirements
Native English speaker (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other native‑English‑speaking countries).
Energetic, child‑oriented and highly responsible.
Good team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Prior teaching experience is preferred but not compulsory.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross monthly salary: RMB 16,000‑18,000 (before tax)
Overtime payment or compensatory leave for extra working hours
Around 1.5‑month annual holiday entitlement
