Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
The Opportunity
Our company is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote therapy role in Pompano Beach, FL. This position offers $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits and a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
Job Summary
The LMHC in this role will provide virtual counseling services to clients who need professional support for mental health and emotional wellness concerns. You will be responsible for building therapeutic relationships, completing assessments, setting treatment goals, and helping clients work through challenges in a structured and ethical way.
This is a remote position, so strong communication, organization, and comfort with telehealth tools are important. The role is best suited for someone who can provide steady clinical care while staying on top of documentation and client follow-up.
