Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 2 years of experience in live chat support and possess excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively through online chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Live Chat Representative or in a similar customer support role.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
