Job Description

This is a blended Receptionist and Office Assistant role responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors, vendors, and callers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and assisting with a variety of administrative and office support tasks. This position will support company leadership and multiple departments while helping maintain an efficient, organized, and professional office environment. Start Date: July 6th, 2026 Drug Test is required if an offer is given. Position Overview:
This is a blended Receptionist and Office Assistant role supporting company leadership while ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. You will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff while providing administrative support across multiple departments.

Position Details/Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and answering calls professionally.
  • Manage the front desk and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Perform filing, basic data entry, and help with document management.
  • Coordinate routine office tasks, such as vendor quotes for supplies or maintenance.
  • Assist with light office event planning or team coordination tasks.
  • Maintain an organized, tidy, and welcoming office environment.
Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative support role.
  • Comfortable greeting visitors and managing front desk responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word) and ability to assist with simple office tasks.
