Job Title: Order Puller (3rd Shift)

Location: Rialto, CA

Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and efficient Order Puller to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work overnight hours, and committed to maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets or electronic systems
• Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are selected
• Prepare orders for packing, shipping, or staging
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance, especially for overnight shifts

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift (overnight hours; specific schedule to be provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.90 per hour
