职位描述
1、负责新进入市场的售后服务行情洞察，了解当地用户对服务的关注点；
2、负责新进入市场的经销商服务能力评估，商务合同谈判；
3、负责新市场开业服务能力准备，保障新产品成功上市；
4、对经销商提供备件、培训、索赔等各方面的支持与管理；
5、负责监督新经销商服务标准的导入及落地执行，并实施商务政策的考核；
6、负责经销商售后服务运营信息的收集及分析，提出改进建议并跟踪改进结果；
7、负责客户满意度的调查，反馈与提升，处理重大客户投诉，推动经销商服务能力的提升；
8、负责推广实施数字化，移动化，智能化的服务，引导服务模式的变革。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，汽车、机械等相关专业；
2、8年以上汽车行业售后经验，5年以上海外区域售后服务管理工作经验；
3、英语流利，能接受base当地；
4、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
