Position Profile
We are seeking a skilled, reliable Phlebotomist to support mobile lab collection across our patient population. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own daily route, and delivering high-quality patient care in the field.

Phlebotomist Responsibilities:
  • Perform blood draws in patient homes, assisted living communities, and other residential settings
  • Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and specimen handling
  • Prepare, store, and transport specimens according to protocol
  • Manage daily schedule and travel between patient locations
  • Communicate effectively with clinical teams regarding lab orders and completion
  • Maintain supply inventory and ensure readiness for daily routes
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Phlebotomy certification (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) or relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Strong venipuncture skills (including difficult draws).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls at $20.00-25.00 with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
