Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our outpatient clinical team in Omaha, NE. 

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive outpatient setting where providers can focus on delivering high-quality psychiatric care while maintaining a predictable Monday–Friday schedule that promotes work-life balance and long-term career satisfaction.


Position Details:

Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday – Friday
Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience, plus bonus structure

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support long-term outcomes

Requirements

  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience
  • Active Nebraska license or eligibility to obtain
  • Nebraska DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Passion for patient-centered behavioral healthcare
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach to patient care
