In this role, you will support the procurement department by coordinating procurement projects, managing the intake process, tracking timelines and deliverables, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a key communication link among procurement staff, internal departments, and suppliers.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience coordinating procurement projects from intake through completion.
3+ years of experience tracking milestones, scheduling meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
3+ years of experience managing procurement intake, including reviewing, prioritizing, and routing requests in coordination with the Procurement Director.
3+ years of experience using SharePoint to track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
3+ years of experience developing or implementing SharePoint tools for intake and status tracking.
3+ years of experience coordinating projects, processes, or administrative operations, preferably within procurement or a related business function.
Strong ability to organize information and create tools that improve visibility, accountability, and workflow management.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with the Procurement Director, internal stakeholders, procurement staff, and suppliers.
