Project Coordinator – Plumbing Project Coordinator

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 Depending on Experience

Lexington, South Carolina

The Experience We’d Love To See:

  • Prior experience in plumbing, construction or mechanical systems is essential
  • Understanding schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation is crucial
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating contractors is a plus
  • Coordinating between plumbers, builders, and contractors utilizing strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and resolve project challenges efficiently
  • Skilled in computer operations, including typing, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, RingCentral, and Smartsheet
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple plumbing projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and system efficiency
  • Availability for on-call schedule is essential to provide timely responses to plumbing emergencies as they arise

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Two years’ applicable experience preferred.
  • Strong PC & internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for customer service.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently & problem solve.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information.
