We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator (LATAM-based) to join our team at Terra. We’re seeking someone with some experience as a linguist (translator, editor, or similar), who is interested in growing into a project coordination role.
We’re also open to candidates who may not have direct project coordination experience yet, but are curious to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in this area. A strong level of English and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset are key for this role.
Previous translation experience and knowledge of CAT tools.
Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Degree in translation, linguistics, or business.
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Based in LATAM.
Full-time availability.
Interpret client requirements and project specifications with accuracy.
Define the most appropriate workflow and technical solutions according to project needs.
Select, assign, and coordinate translators, editors, and QA professionals to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Supervise the project lifecycle, addressing linguists’ queries and ensuring deadlines are met.
Deliver and review final files, ensuring compliance with client instructions and quality standards.
