We are looking for a dynamic and experienced regional manager to join our global travel retail (GTR) team. As the no.1 single malt and super premium gin supplier globally, the future is extremely bright for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio within the travel retail channel. We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive our brand building and value enhancing agenda across our regional key accounts.
Based in Miami and working with the GTR commercial team, the Regional Manager is responsible for delivering a scale regional P&L across a geographic spread of customers, channels and retail locations with the North America, Latam and Cruise areas. As the region lead, you will manage both global and local key accounts to deliver against commercial and brand targets aligned to channel strategy, priorities and standards of execution. An influential role with key stakeholder management and relationship building requirements, both internally and externally. Responsible for overseeing the local Brand Ambassador third party team and local customer marketing agenda. Requirement to collaborate with a number of functions across finance, supply and marketing to deliver region/customer targets.
You have strong commercial acumen as well as a clear understanding of how to successfully lead regional key accounts You are able to build strong relationships and flex your influencing style depending on the stakeholder. Can confidently create, present and deliver commercial and brand building plans, grounded in insight, that are financially sound and deliver conditional value growth. Strong understanding and know how to win customer marketing plan delivery and brand ambassador motivation. Your natural working style is pro-active, constructive, adaptable, inquisitive and solution focussed. A diverse thinker with an ability to work in collaboration with multi-cultural teams from different functions, time-zones and markets to achieve the best results for WG&S.
