Regional Operations Manager
Location: Kauai, HI

Position Overview
A well-established construction-related company is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee sales and operational performance for a regional location. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing expenses, overseeing resources, and ensuring overall profitability. The Regional Operations Manager will lead daily operations while developing and executing strategies to improve efficiency, strengthen market presence, and achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Recruit, lead, and motivate team members to meet performance objectives.
  • Oversee regional operations to ensure efficient processes and effective use of company resources.
  • Support sales growth initiatives and help strengthen market presence within the region.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track sales, margins, and operational trends. Take proactive steps to address challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to review pricing strategies, margins, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, providing recommendations to leadership when appropriate.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that supports employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage operating expenses and assess future capital needs.
  • Review and oversee budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and company policies.
  • Evaluate employee performance and support ongoing development and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and operational best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience within a construction-related, industrial, or operational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibilities, including revenue growth, margin management, and expense control.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams across sales and operations functions.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience working with pricing strategies, inventory management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze reports and market data to make strategic business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
