As a Remote Phone Sales Representative , you will handle inbound and outbound phone-based sales conversations with prospective clients, educate consumers on insurance solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients
Educate consumers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits
Build rapport and trust over the phone
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
Follow up consistently with leads and existing prospects
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and sales tools
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Strong communication and phone sales skills
Confident, professional, and persuasive personality
Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
Previous phone sales, call center, or inside sales experience preferred
Insurance, financial services, or customer service background is a plus
Experience working with CRM systems and remote communication tools
Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one
