Remote Phone Sales Representative (Insurance)

Full-Time | Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Phone Sales Representatives in the insurance industry. As a Remote Phone Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, educate them on available coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective clients

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to policy enrollment

  • Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits

  • Build trust and establish strong customer relationships over the phone

  • Present customized insurance solutions based on client needs and budgets

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales opportunities

  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process

  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

  • Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry updates, and sales techniques

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of phone sales, inside sales, call center sales, or insurance sales experience

  • Proven success in a commission-driven sales environment

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Strong objection-handling and closing abilities

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems and sales platforms

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred

  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing

  • Experience selling health, life, auto, supplemental, or property & casualty insurance

  • Previous remote sales or call center experience

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
