Job Title: RSA Archer Lead / Platform Owner

Must Have:

• Lead: 8+ yrs with platform ownership, governance, budgeting, and strategic stakeholder management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with India’s DPDP Act, GDPR (if applicable), and internal AI governance—including model risk management for any AI/analytics tied to Archer data.
• Set the Responsible AI policy for Archer initiatives: approved tools, PII/PHI handling, prompt libraries, and human oversight requirements

Scope & Impact:

• Serve as platform owner or practice lead; align Archer roadmap to enterprise GRC strategy and regulatory mandates.
• Own budgeting, vendor relations, licensing, and platform capacity planning; define KPIs/OKRs for the GRC program.
• Influence governance committees and exec stakeholders; champion risk culture and data-driven decisions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce platform architecture standards, naming conventions, taxonomy governance, and change controls across portfolios.
• Prioritize backlog with business; establish release calendars, DevSecOps processes, and audit-ready documentation
• Oversee platform upgrades, resiliency/DR, BCP testing, and regulatory examinations support.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Archer team; establish career ladders, training, and certification plans.

Measure and report program value: risk reduction metrics, control maturity, SLA/OLA adherence, and delivery predictability

Job Title: Sr. RSA Archer Developer / Solution Designer

Must Have:

Senior :

• 6-8 yrs with architectural leadership across multiple Archer use cases; proven integration and data governance expertise.
• Design integration blueprints (APIs, DFM, event-driven where appropriate); define error recovery and reconciliation processes.

Scope & Impact:

• Own multiple Archer use cases across business units; accountable for solution architecture and non-functional outcomes (scalability, resiliency).
• Partner with InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to harmonize taxonomies and data models.
• Lead release trains, guide integration patterns, and ensure regulatory alignment
• Architect cross application designs: reusable components, record permission models, standardized AWF patterns, and enterprise taxonomies (risks, controls, processes).
• Govern SDLC: code/config reviews, security and privacy checks, and segregation of duties for change management.
• Lead cutovers, release readiness, and production incident response (P1/P2).
• Drive data quality programs: duplicates, referential integrity, periodic validations, and control efficacy reporting.
• Experience with Archer upgrades (6.x→7.x), SaaS migrations, and coexistence strategies.

AI & Responsible AI Expectations:

• Use AI to accelerate solution design options, impact analysis, and test coverage suggestions—always review for hallucinations and document decision rationale.
• Enforce Responsible AI guardrails for the team: no customer or regulated data in non-approved AI tools; maintain data classification discipline.
• Champion explainability: when AI assists with control mappings or issue classification, provide human-readable justification and limitations
