As a Security Officer - Hospital Foot Patrol in Delray Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility entrances parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in support of site protocols helping to address access concerns direct foot traffic and report security-related issues.
• Support a professional environment by remaining visible assisting with routine inquiries and following post orders related to patient care areas public spaces and restricted locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccines are required.
• Hospital morgue access is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hospital restrain individuals requirement applies.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
