Salary: $93,600 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of formal academic or vocational training.
• We are seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in computer systems validation, software testing, or laboratory informatics.
• We need strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and clinical trial operational workflows.
• We expect solid familiarity with computer systems validation regulations, Google Cloud Platforms, and system testing practices.
• We look for advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• We prefer candidates who can quickly learn specialized laboratory or clinical applications with limited guidance.
• We require experience representing systems in client and audit settings, including vendor audits.
• We value proven troubleshooting ability, including identifying defects, analyzing test failures, and explaining error conditions professionally.
• We need someone who can manage multiple priorities, work under competing deadlines, and adjust to changing project demands.
• We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to train and mentor others effectively.
• We expect a high level of precision in data handling and test script execution to protect system integrity.

• We provide full validation support for new software releases and application changes across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• We prepare validation plans, test cases, and summary reports to document qualification activities.
• We execute test scripts and gather objective evidence to verify system reliability.
• We create and maintain test data environments that challenge functional requirements and confirm business expectations.
• We review and approve change controls for validated systems.
• We ensure all work follows Good Clinical Practices and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
• We represent our department during internal, client, and vendor audits.
• We collaborate with cross-functional project teams and provide input on future system enhancements.
• We communicate project timelines, resource limitations, and budget impacts to management.
• We cross-train and mentor junior team members and internal testers.
• We assign, review, and guide work to ensure accuracy and technical quality.
• We provide direction on complex validation issues and support contractors and temporary staff.
• We contribute to corporate and departmental process improvements that streamline validation and strengthen system performance.
