Job Description

We are seeking attentive, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. Servers are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service to every guest. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, positive first impression
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, and specials with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest experience and check average
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained during service
• Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
