Looking for the candidates who can work without any visa sponsorship. The position is ONSITE at the location listed above (NO REMOTE WORK). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position. The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY. Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Level Description: 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Job Description: Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Additional job details and special considerations: Snowflake Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing the Snowflake platform, including RBAC, SSO integration, and enterprise data governance. Enables AI capabilities using Snowflake Cortex while supporting data pipelines with DBT and Openflow. Ensures secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data platform operations across environments.

• 8 Required Strong hands-on experience administering Snowflake platform (DBA/Admin role)
• 8 Required Experience implementing RBAC and data access governance
• 8 Required Experience with SSO integration (Okta, SailPoint)
• 8 Required Enable and support Snowflake AI (Cortex) features, including AI functions, governance, and monitoring
• 8 Required Design and manage Snowflake roles, privileges, and user provisioning aligned with enterprise IAM processes
• 8 Required Build and support data pipelines and transformations using DBT
• 8 Required Integrate Snowflake with Openflow (or similar orchestration tools) for workflow automation
• 8 Required Monitor and optimize warehouse performance, cost, and query execution
• 8 Required Implement security controls including encryption, masking, and audit monitoring
• 8 Required Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance
• 8 Required Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and AI teams to support data and analytics use cases
• 4 Preferred Experience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for data platforms
• 3 Preferred Experience integrating Openflow or workflow orchestration tools
• 3 Preferred Familiarity with public sector or healthcare compliance environments
