Part-Time Social Media Manager Jaguar Clear Lake & Land Rover Clear Lake Friendswood / Clear Lake Houston TX Part-Time (1020 hours/week Flexible Remote-Friendly with occasional on-site shoots)

Were looking for a creative driven Part-Time Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our Instagram and Facebook channels. If you live and breathe content creation understand luxury automotive audiences and can turn beautiful cars into scroll-stopping stories that drive real engagement and leads this is your role.

Youll help us grow our online community boost engagement and turn followers into showroom visitors and service customers.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Own and execute a full content strategy across Instagram and Facebook (57 posts/week on IG 35 on FB daily Stories).
• Create high-quality Reels videos photos and carousels: new vehicle walkarounds test-drive POVs lifestyle shoots around Clear Lake/Galveston/Houston customer delivery moments behind-the-scenes team content and service tips.
• Optimize profiles create Story Highlights keep bios links and branding professional and consistent across both dealership pages.
• Actively engage every day: reply to all comments & DMs within 12 hours run polls Q&A and occasional Lives.
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar focused on vehicle showcases lifestyle aspiration customer UGC service education and community promotions.
• Analyze performance weekly using Meta Business Suite/Insights and adjust strategy to grow followers engagement rate profile visits and lead generation.
• Collaborate with our sales and service teams to capture authentic content (new arrivals customer handovers events).
• Run small-scale Meta ads/boosts on top-performing content to amplify reach (budget provided).
• Cross-promote between Jaguar and Land Rover pages and integrate social into dealership operations (QR codes email signatures showroom displays).

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 1 years managing Instagram and Facebook for a brand (automotive luxury or lifestyle preferred but not required). Strong portfolio of Reels and engagement-driven content.
• Skills: Excellent at creating vertical video content with CapCut/In Shot or similar strong writing for captions/CTAs understanding of Meta algorithms and analytics.
• Personality: Passion for cars/luxury lifestyle creative eyes self-starter organized and responsive. You love building community and turning likes into real conversations.
• Tools: Comfortable with Meta Business Suite Instagram/Facebook Creator tools Canva or basic design apps and Google Sheets for planning.
• Availability: Flexible 1020 hours/week including some weekday evenings or weekends for on-site filming (we provide the cars and location access).
