Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Spa Technician:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels

  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate hot tub models, features, and accessories

  • Generate quotes, provide pricing information, and process sales orders accurately

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system

Available shifts:

Shift timings - All Available

Job requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hot tub equipment, including pumps, heaters, jets, control systems, and plumbing

  • Perform routine maintenance, including water testing, cleaning filters, and ensuring proper chemical balance

  • Install new hot tubs, including plumbing, electrical connections, and proper placement

  • Deliver hot tubs to customer locations safely, including loading, unloading, and maneuvering heavy equipment
