Job Description: Senior Full Stack Development Lead (15+ Years of Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, Azure, API Management, and Angular/React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, technical design, and the insurance
domain, combined with a focus on automation and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Design & Architecture:
o Analyze system requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop detailed technical specifications and architecture.
o Define the high-level architecture for modular, cloud-native systems, including microservices, event-driven designs, and multi-tenant models.
o Create high-level and low-level solution designs, including Proof of Concepts (POC).
2. Development and Testing:
o Build scalable and secure solutions leveraging Azure services like APIM, App Services, Function Apps, and Service Bus.,,
o Implement React for user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with APIs.
o Write clean, maintainable code and create unit test cases.
o Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the functionality and quality of the applications.
3. Deployment and Automation:
o Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
o Ensure seamless deployments and manage version control, release management, and rollbacks when necessary.
o Lead the migration of legacy systems to the cloud (Azure) and manage containerization and observability (Dynatrace/Grafana/Splunk) at an enterprise scale.
4. Code Review and Optimization:
o Review code written by team members to ensure adherence to best practices.
o Suggest and implement code improvements when necessary.
5. Team Support and Mentorship:
o Provide technical support to junior team members, helping them troubleshoot issues.
o Assist in knowledge sharing and mentoring to enhance team productivity.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide technical
input, and deliver robust solutions.
7. Emerging Tech Integration:
o Evaluate and drive the adoption of new technologies, such as GenAI or
Agentic AI, to maintain the organization's competitive edge
o Expertise in using GenAI tools, Prompt engineering for .net Developers
o Expertise in using GenAI integrated IDE's
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 15+ years in Agile software development with leadership experience.
Backend: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.
Frontend: Proficiency in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
Databases: Strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge (SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.
Architectural Knowledge: SOLID principles, design patterns, microservices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Excellent skills in all phases of SDLC from Discovery, Estimations, Requirements to Deployment. 10+ years of Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Full Stack Development and technical design capabilities.
Familiarity with automation tools and quality management practices.
Deep understanding of the insurance domain, including business processes and requirements.
Experience in analyzing system requirements and producing technical/functional specifications.
Strong knowledge of deployment processes and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership
or senior architectural capacity.
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
