Job Description

Salary: $101,500 - 169,100 per year Requirements:

  • We need candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without present or future sponsorship.
  • We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or a masters degree plus 2+ years, or a Ph.D. plus up to 1 year, or 18+ years of directly related experience.
  • We are looking for hands-on React Native mobile development experience.
  • We need strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or .NET.
  • We expect experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and distributed systems.
  • We require a solid grasp of system design, APIs, and data modeling.
  • We value experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
  • We require the ability to work onsite two days per week.
  • We prefer candidates with experience building large-scale or mission-critical systems.
  • We prefer familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • We prefer experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, such as LLM APIs, search, or recommendation systems.
  • We prefer experience improving engineering workflows through automation or AI.
  • We prefer strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

  • We use specifications to align engineering, product, and QA.

  • We ensure implementations are traceable to specifications and meet acceptance criteria.
  • We partner with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver solutions.
  • We participate in design discussions and technical decision-making.
  • We communicate progress, trade-offs, and blockers clearly.
  • We contribute to coding standards and engineering best practices.
  • We mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance.
  • We continuously learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-driven techniques.
