Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA) Commander, the Supervisor I is responsible for the managerial oversight to analytical and support staff and leads key administrative and operational functions for OLA. Additionally, the Supervisor I independently plans, directs, and evaluates staff work, ensures completion of complex assignments, and coordinates command-wide priorities and initiatives.

Working Conditions

In office full time, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with peers, subordinates, all levels of management, and the public; ability to work in a team environment; above-average written and verbal communication skills, excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability; strong organizational skills; working knowledge of computers and associated departmental software; possess a high degree of initiative and willingness to cross-train in all clerical functions.
