What We Offer$24 $47 per hour (based on experience & certifications) with serious flat-rate earnings potential
Full-time, stable hours - 8-hour shifts; weekends available

Advanced diagnostics/support: OEM service data, scan tools, special tools
Career path with ASE/OEM training and promotion into lead/master roles
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to OEM standards
Partner with advisors/customers to deliver clear timelines and professional updates
Perform inspections, electrical/driveability diagnostics, and full system evaluations
Execute preventive maintenance (fluids, brakes, alignments, tune-ups)
Document work precisely and follow all safety/compliance procedures
Stay current on evolving tech (electrical, CAN, ADAS fundamentals)
4+ years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic capability; mastery of modern scan tools
Reliable, honest, and production-minded with a clean comeback record
Proficiency with shop tools and service information systems
High school diploma or equivalent ( ASE preferred; OEM certs a plus )
