Training center English Teacher-Dalian Y Education
( Must be a Domestic or All Documents, APOSTILLE, Translation papers for the Work Visa Application must be Prepared)

Contract Overview：
-Salary (probation):15000-19000 RMB for 1-2 months (net income)
-Salary (after probation): 20,000-25,000RMB per month excluding bonuses and allowances (net income)
-Vacation:first contract term(15 months): 15 paid holidays second contract term(12 months): 19 paid holidays + 5 unpaid vocation days

Other:
-Work visa -Commercial Health and Accident Insurance -Housing allowance of RMB2,000 per month -Contract completion bonus of 12,000RMB at the end of the contract term -Loan policy of a maximam of 8000RMB on a new teacher's arrival -Pay for the degree authentication from China Ministry of Education -Three days in hotel for free upon arrival -Full attendance bonus,demo payment, demo sign up bonus, class upgrade bonus, holiday gifts

Description of Duties and Opportunity
Main job duties:
a. Teaching English/Reading as a Second Language to students
b. Assigning and checking homework, administering tests to students
c. Participating in the school’s extracurricular programs and activities
d. Participating in the Employee training programs, meetings, and workshops organized by the school
e. Participating in the promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
-Class Schedule:5 days a week
-Working Hours:38 per week
-Teaching Hours :Min 21, Max 28 teaching hours a week
-Age of students :3-20 yrs old
-Class size:12 kids in a class
-Number of employees (total):120
-Number of Foreign Staff:30

Teacher Requirements：
-Education:Must have Bachelor's degree
-Major:Education preferred but not required
-Certifications:Teaching diploma or certificate of TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT/PGCE
-Experience (if any):Experience working with students ages 15 and under

Other:
-Authentication of Degree
-Authentication of No criminal record
-Reference letter of working experience with kids
-Notarization of TESOL/TEFL if there is no teaching experience before
-Age:between 22 and 40
-Health:No infectious diseases, no drinking problems, no drug problems
-Character/Personality:nice, open and energetic,adaptive to different culture, works well with kids and staff
-Native English Speaker from Native English Speaking Countries
