Location: Primarily West Palm Beach, FL (Relocation Provided Nationwide)

Travel: Required to Principal's Residences (Los Angeles, Hawaii, New York City, and other locations)

A distinguished UHNW family is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Butler / Jack-of-All-Trades to become an integral member of their private household team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for an intelligent, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. No two days will be the same, so the ideal candidate must be a quick thinker, highly adaptable, and able to anticipate the family's needs before they arise.

The position is based primarily in West Palm Beach, Florida , though the successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively to the family's additional residences. Relocation assistance is available for outstanding candidates anywhere in the United States.

About the Role

This position blends the traditional responsibilities of a professional butler with the versatility of a trusted household assistant. The ideal candidate is polished and service-oriented while remaining practical, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed. They should take pride in maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide traditional butler service with impeccable attention to detail
• Anticipate the needs and preferences of the Principals and guests
• Serve meals and beverages with proper etiquette
• Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience
• Maintain formal dining areas, china, silver, crystal, and fine household items
• Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
• Assist with household organization and day-to-day logistics
• Run personal and household errands as needed
• Oversee vendors, deliveries, and service appointments
• Prepare residences before arrivals and ensure homes are fully guest-ready
• Pack and unpack luggage for travel when requested
• Assist with event preparation and entertaining
• Perform light household tasks as needed and step in wherever support is required
• Troubleshoot household issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance
• Travel with the family or independently between residences as needed
• Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Estate Assistant, Household Manager, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role within a private UHNW household strongly preferred
• Experience working with UHNW or high-profile families is a significant plus
• College degree preferred; equivalent high-level private service experience will also be considered
• Strong understanding of formal service, etiquette, and luxury household standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and sign a confidentiality agreement
• Authorized to work in the United States
