Overview
Surgical Tech with Orthopedic OR experience needed for a 13-week travel assignment in York, Maine, United States. Start date: 04/27/2026. Earn $1,819-$1,885 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shifts are daytime, typically 6:45 am to 4:15 pm, with a call rotation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for orthopedic procedures, ensuring sterile technique and proper setup of instruments and equipment
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, handling implants and supplies, and maintaining accurate instrument and count procedures
- Set up and transport sterile supplies and equipment; assist with patient positioning and draping as needed
- Maintain sterile fields throughout procedures and support the team with instrument turnover and specimen handling
- Complete post-case room turnover, restock trays, and prepare the OR for subsequent cases
- Participate in on-call rotations and be prepared to return to the facility within 45 minutes if called back

Requirements
- Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Experience: Orthopedic OR experience required
- Scheduling: Able to work daytime shifts with 4- to 9-hour lengths and participate in call rotation
- On-call: Must be able to respond within 45 minutes of paging
- Setting: Ability to work effectively in a surgical environment in York, Maine
