Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Experience working in busy establishments with strong service standards is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a warm and professional attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver a seamless dining experience
• Have strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and be able to guide guests with recommendations
• Manage multiple tables efficiently in a busy service environment
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the shift
• Follow restaurant service standards and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of server experience required
• Must have experience working in busy, high-volume restaurants
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities within the team
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus
