What You'll Do
As a
HomeWell Caregiver, you'll help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most—their own home.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Preparing light meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and medication reminders
- Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Encouraging independence while delivering compassionate, personalized care

What We're Looking For
We're searching for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy serving others.
Preferred qualifications include:
- CNA or HHA certification preferred
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred but no experience necessary. We provide all training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients
- Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving
- Caring, dependable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to successfully pass a state-required criminal background check
