Wowkids Creativity Hub has just opened a new centre in a well developed, and progressive area of the beautiful Hangzhou. We are a modern educational company with an equal ratio of Chinese and foreign employees, and we are looking to add to our growing family. We have our own team of R&D engineers working behind the scenes who create and develop our bespoke curriculum, which are all geared towards immersive learning and nurturing creativity in children

Unlike traditional after school training centres and STEM/STEAM institutions, ‘teachers’ don’t just teach - they are heavily involved in the development of other projects in the company, such as the newly surfaced media channel, becoming part of the curriculum development team, or taking on emerging positions as the company continues to expand.

After one successful year of service, both foreign and Chinese coaches are evaluated based upon their performance (we have modeled our OKR evaluation upon Google’s), and may be considered for promotion within the company.
