About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior marketing leader at a leading entertainment company. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role requiring discretion, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to a senior marketing executive
Manage heavy calendaring in Outlook and ensure schedules run smoothly
Respond promptly to requests via Slack and email
Ensure meeting agendas are completed and circulated post-meetings
Prepare expense reports as needed
Anticipate needs and proactively support the marketing leadership team
Must-Have Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including heavy calendaring responsibilities
Prior experience supporting executives in entertainment or talent agencies
Proficient with Outlook, Slack, and Google Suite
PST-based and able to start immediately with own equipment
Highly responsive, flexible with hours when necessary
Soft Skills:
