Help Desk Support II / Salesforce Administrator
Location: 100% Remote (Colorado Residents Preferred)
Duration: July 13, 2026 June 30, 2027
Employment Type: C2C
Visa: All Visa Types Accepted
Colorado Residents Preferred
Although this position is fully remote, candidates currently residing in Colorado are strongly preferred. Candidates from other states may be considered if they possess exceptional Salesforce support experience and meet all required qualifications.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of IT Help Desk / Technical Support / Service Desk experience
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce CRM support experience
Current Salesforce Administrator Certification or actively pursuing certification is preferred
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
Strong incident management and troubleshooting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Experience
state government or public sector experience
Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Help Desk
Experience with bug validation, testing, and documentation
Knowledge of the Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS) is a plus
